Delivery and payment

For purchases of at least PLN 200, we will deliver your order (within Poland) for free. 
For purchases under 200 zloty, the shipping fee is:

  • InPost parcel machines - PLN 20.00
  • Courier InPost - PLN 20.00

The most preferred way to ship our products is via InPost Parcel Machines.
The following shipping methods are available:

Most of us prefer electronic payments in our purchases.

Following this line, we recommend payments using PayU (also BLIK) or PayPal.

Of course, you can also pay by wire transfer using electronic banking or postal facilities.

The order status for a registered customer is visible in the panel My Account And via email. For orders without an established account, order status information is only available via email.

Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 24 hours and will not be forwarded for processing.

Select the option for personal pickup when placing your order.
After completing your order, we will inform you where and at what times the ordered products will be waiting for you.
We do not charge a fee for personal pickup.

PRODUCT RETURN

If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 14 days.
The current law gives us 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance without giving a reason.

Food can be returned only if the package has not been opened.

Complaints

Any damage should be reported to the carrier when receiving the shipment and documented by a damage report. Otherwise, a complaint about them may not be accepted.

Account

We do not in any way require you to create an account however, we believe it is worth having one.

Main advantages:

  • Shortening the purchasing process,
  • The ease of checking the status of your order,
  • The history of your orders always at hand, that is, you do not have to wonder which products have been purchased, and at the same time it is possible to quickly renew an archived order,
  • You can change the delivery addresses.

In the Customer Panel, after selecting the My Account tab, you can request an email change.

On the login screen, select the option to reset your password by clicking the "Remind Password" button.

A link to change the password will be sent to the email address assigned to the account.

After receiving the message, please follow the guidelines contained therein.

The personal information you have provided to us is secure both when browsing our site and when shopping in our store. Information obtained from our customers is used only for the operation of the site and store and is not shared with any outside company.

In order to maintain the highest possible security standards, we use, among other things, SSL key encrypted connections.
